Helpdesk Administrator
£25,000 Pro Rata, 6 Month FTC to perm + Hybrid Working
Looking for an experienced administrator to co-ordinate and provide full customer admin support within the Care Centre.
You would be responsible for planning the engineers routes and provide job completion information to customers.
Working hours are based on a 2 week rota.
- Week 1 - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
- Week 2 - monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Your key role will be to liase between customers and management to assure that everyone is updated with the order staus and the engineers are aware of their work
This is an office-based role in Milton Keynes applicants therefore are required to be within a reasonable commute.
