An opportunity has arisen at a well-known firm based in a lively location in Manchester City Centre on a full time, permanent and hybrid basis working within their Real Estate team. This particular firm prides themselves on an ethos and desire to positively contribute to local communities and therefore are offering a unique and fulfilling role to the right individual. Working as part of a busy private client team, the successful candidate must possess extensive Legal PA or secretarial experience and been to work within a support capacity.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Liaising and supporting fee earners and other secretaries within the same department
- Transcribing of letters and relevant reports
- Diary management for fee earners within the department
- Assisting with project implementation including events, marketing and business development
- Organisation of travel and accommodation arrangements
This fantastic role will be suitable for an individual who prides themselves on possessing a keen eye for detail, an ability to meet deadlines and a desire to demonstrate flexibility in assisting others within the department. Applicants must also have demonstrable experience within a legal secretarialcapacity for this role ideally with Real Estate experience.
