My client a global shipping company are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Control Manager to join their friendly and welcolming team!

Day-to-day of the role:
- Proactively manage the Liner customer outstanding freight position in the EUA region and minimise overdues.
- Work closely with global offices and Third-Party Agents, to ensure prompt collection of overdue outstanding freight.
- Coordinate with regional and trade heads on significant overdue cases to resolve them.
- Identify and address process issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure outstanding's and overdues comply with KPIs set
- Ensure compliance with the global credit policy and review/approve credit applications.
- Participate in system/process developments when required.
- Lead, train, and manage the Credit Control Team, fostering a positive team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in credit control/outstanding freight management
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to complete tasks independently within deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all management levels.
- Proficiency in written and oral English.
