We are recruiting for an experienced Roofer to be part of Repairs and Maintenance Team for a leading property services company.
Your new role
This role entails working efficiently and safely to achieve excellent customer experience results. You will deliver a high-quality service, carrying out a variety of building services tasks for a social housing contract. In addition, you will be expected to maintain accurate data records regarding the use of labour and materials as well as identifying any vulnerabilities within the community.
What you'll need to succeed
Mandatory qualification - Diploma/City and Guilds/ NVQ in Roofing, Tiling or Slating
We are looking for an experienced Roofer who is both reliable and punctual. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and will be willing to work in all weather conditions.
