Electrical and Wiring Build Technician
Job Description
- Assist in the authoring of assembly procedures and promote best practices.
- Fully comply with health and safety protocol and regulations as outlined in the Health & Safety Policy in both standard High Voltage areas.
- Building prototype assemblies prior to full release, from cell level, up to whole pack level.
- Completing build records and all other relevant documentation during the build process.
- Taking ownership of the product and assemblies whilst working both on and offsite.
Electrical and Wiring Build Technician
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Good understanding of fabrication and machining
- Able to understand engineering drawings including schematics
- Experience diagnostic and fault finding on mechanical and electrical
- Ideally previous experience of working with tier 1 suppliers
- Fault finding and testing of high voltage batteries
