Group FP&A Director, London
£85- £95kpa, plus great benefits including a 15- 20% bonus
The Group FP&A Director will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, providing key insights and recommendations to drive the company's financial performance and strategy. You will collaborate closely with the executive team and other stakeholders to provide accurate financial forecasts, budgeting, and performance tracking.
The business is a world leader in their field and rapidly expanding, this is a newly created role due to a period of sustained growth and the longer prospects are very strong.
Key Duties:-
- Lead the FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Provide insightful analysis and trend forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Identify areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assist in strategic planning and evaluation.
- Monitor and interpret KPIs to ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis & commentary.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key, with the ability to make strategic recommendations based on data insights. Excellent proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools are also highly desirable.
Please note this is an office based role and there is a requirement for this candidate to be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
