Position: Test & Cutover Manager
Location: UK Based - Remote Working
Our client is looking for someone to join the core project team for the global implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management, replacing the existing Kronos platform and enhancing Time & Attendance (T&A) capabilities.
The Test & Cutover Manager will oversee testing and cutover activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
The business is also looking for someone who also has a good level of experience using Workday, as this is the global HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing & Business Acceptance:

Develop a comprehensive Test Strategy and Plan.

Oversee system integration and testing with the SI Partner.

Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with global stakeholders.

Define test environments and success criteria.

Track defects and manage testing progress.
- Cutover Planning & Execution:

Create detailed Cutover Plans for go-live events.

Coordinate data migration and system transition activities.

Develop risk mitigation and rollback strategies.
- Post-Go-Live Hypercare:

Manage post-launch support and operational stability.

Facilitate transition to the Business As Usual (BAU) support model.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in Test Management and QA roles for global cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of UKG Pro, Kronos, and Workday HCM
- Proven track record in UAT and cutover event planning, including data migration.
- Strong risk management skills with experience in contingency planning.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
