Real Estate Litigation role in London.
1-4 years PQE.
You will work across a mix of commercial and residential property litigation matters.
Your caseload will encompass re-possession and enforcement, opposed and unopposed business lease renewals, rent review disputes, dilapidations claims, trespass claims, nuisance issues, boundary disputes, service charge disputes, party wall disputes and enfranchisement claims etc.
