Our client, a renowned leader in hospitality training provider, is seeking a dedicated Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with specialised experience in hospitality, to oversee both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of course delivery across FOH and BOH training modules.
- Conducting regular reviews and audits of training materials and assessment tools.
- Providing expert guidance and support to trainers within the hospitality sector.
- Developing and implementing improvement plans for training programs based on feedback and audits.
- Ensuring compliance with national standards for vocational education and training.
- Assisting in the development and updating of training curricula to meet industry needs.
- Mentoring and coaching trainers to enhance their professional development.
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in hospitality training and operations.
- Qualified to Level 5 in a relevant hospitality management or education discipline.
- Holder of TAQA and IQA qualifications.
- Proven track record as an IQA with the ability to manage comprehensive training programs.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the aptitude to mentor and inspire others.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and will be a hybrid role with 3 days working from London.
