Position: Compliance Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: From £45,000 to £46,000 with a £7,000 car allowance
Duration: Permanent
Due to retirement, we are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager for a full time permanent position based in the Bristol area.
This position will be working for one major contract in the area, dealing with the site and engineer compliance in relation to building planned and reactive maintenance.
The right person for this position will have a strong health and safety background, they need to be experience in dealing with engineer and sub contractor audits. They need to have a strong background in building services maintenance
This is an office based position, but will be required to attend client meetings and dealing some site risk assessments and safety checks
Requirements
- Strong background in maintenance compliance
- Experience in working within a planned and reactive maintenance background
- Must have experience in dealing with engineers and sub contractoraudits
- Based in a commutable distance to Bristol
- Must be happy being office based
- Coming from a technical background would be an advantage but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
