Reed are delighted to be supporting an established legal firm on the search for a new administrative professional to join the team supporting their fee earners. You will be responsible for a range of duties within this role including secretarial duties and reception cover. The ideal candidate will have experience within a conveyancing secretarial/admin role.
Duties:
- Opening files on case management system
- Secretarial duties
- Case management of conveyancing files
- Supporting fee earners
Person spec:
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process - either from being in a legal setting or related industry such as estate agency or mortgages etc
- Happy to be fully office based
