Accounts Assistant

Robert Half are partnering with a global pharmaceutical company based in Wilmslow.

This will be a temporary opportunity with an immediate start. You will be supporting the Finance Manager ensuring day to day activities are completed in a timely manner.

You will need to have a good eye for detail and accuracy.

Monday - Friday, office based.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collect data from the internal system and manually transfer to excel.
  • Format, word process, edit, and proofread a variety of documents and materials.
  • File correspondence, records and other documents.
  • Update and maintain confidential files and records where required.

Immediate start.

Renumeration:

In return, the successful individual will receive the following:

  • £16.00 per hour
  • Friendly working environment
  • Free onsite parking
  • Close to public transport network for commuters
