Senior AV Support Specialist
Office Location: City of London
Salary: £250 - £300 per day
Job Type: 6 Month Inside IR35 Contract
Hybrid Model: 5 days a week onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting users of the organisation
- Conference room support
- Virtual and physical meeting support
- Managing tickets/escalations
- Transporting and setting up AV equipment
- Testing and maintaining the AV equipment
Requirements
- Meeting room application support | Webex, Zoom, MS Teams
- Familiar with WebRTC and Cisco scheduling
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ticketing experience such as use of ServiceNow
- ITIL certification is desirable
