Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the full range of plant and material handling and access equipment supplied across a diverse customer base covering but not limited to Agriculture, Construction, Timber, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Further relationships with existing customers.
- Generating and developing new business sales opportunities.
- Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to customer's requirements.
- Carry out detailed site surveys to identify equipment specifications.
- Develop comprehensive proposals and present your recommendations to customers through meetings and presentations.
- Liaise with Manufacturers and attend training courses to develop product knowledge.

- Willingness to learn/develop commercial and business awareness.
- Excellent communicator.
- Strong negotiation skills and an ability to develop solid business argument.
- Effective planning and organisation skills
- PC literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A full clean UK drivers' licence is required.
- Proven sales record in a similar environment would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
