Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work directly under one of the top billing consultants in the region, learning the ropes of this dynamic and rewarding field. This phone-based sales role is perfect for those who are ambitious, hard-working, and thrive in a targeted and fast-paced environment.
Day to day of the role:
- Engage in extensive phone-based prospecting to discuss opportunities with candidates.
- Meet with candidates, either virtually or face-to-face, to understand their career aspirations and match them with suitable roles.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Success Mentee as needed, covering a range of recruitment topics.
- Support with screening and candidate selection to ensure a good fit for client requirements.
- Create compelling job adverts and respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with managing existing business and building relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Attend client meetings both on-site and virtually to understand their hiring needs and develop strong partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a targeted, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and development, with a willingness to receive structured training and support.
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary, but a keen interest in the industry is essential.
