iO Associates is looking for an Operations Coordinator to work with a company that has a strong position in the markets for artificial lift, specialized chemicals, and completions, and which is a world leader in oilfield services and equipment.
You will competently and effectively coordinate and support their efforts. ensuring fast and correct management system updates to lower costs, shorten repair lead times, and increase shop efficiency. To help the Workshop and Project Management teams coordinate and meet our clients' deadlines for delivery,
Required:
- Demonstrate an understanding of Manufacturing Processes.
- Demonstrate ERP (Oracle) experience.
- Have experience using Microsoft Applications.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility to comprehend and follow all HSE policies and regulations.
- In charge of providing maintenance, repair, or refurbishment services to the project team, which is the internal customer.
- This involves collaborating with several departments such as engineering, procurement, quality control, and planning to ensure that the work meets the needs of the client.
- In charge of overseeing the visit, work order, and operation management processes in the ERP for repairs and modifications.
- In charge of overseeing the lifting gear and coordinating with the vendor to ensure that the lifting gear register is kept up to date.
