We are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary HR Advisor to join our Gateshead based client for 3 months.
This is an interesting role, supporting on policy review and development, DE&I and wellbeing, and working as part of a brilliant HR team.
Working on a hybrid basis, the HR Advisor will work through the organisations policy schedule, undertaking research, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and undertaking consultation with internal groups and teams.
This is an ideal role for an experienced HR Advisor who loves research, or a more senior HR professional who would like to work in a policy role, perhaps on a part time basis for 3 months.
