An award-winning estate agency with an excellent foothold in Southwest London is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their market leading Sales team working on a highly established and very hot desk!
This Sales Negotiator role is paying up to £50,000 OTE and offers training, a car allowance, and an active warm desk with uncapped commission.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Sales Negotiator who may be looking to work closer to home with an established boutique agency, or a Negotiator who is now looking for the next step up.
The offices are in a very accessible area, close to shops, excellent pubs and restaurants with lovely riverside views - perfect for a lunchtime walk! This is a great team with a friendly inclusive atmosphere and an excellent open, collaborative, and social environment.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:
- Register applicants seeking property, taking notes of their requirements, and suggesting suitable properties.
- Keep record of property viewings.
- Advising potential clients and promoting the Company's services. Circulating property information via phone, post, and email to prospective purchasers.
- Accompanying applicants to properties.
- Promoting the services of the Company and using all endeavours to create lettings, block and estate management and property sale.
- Ensure that all clients are regularly updated with progress reports and feedback from viewing appointments.
- Using every endeavour to ensure the best possible price is always achieved and that the client's best interests are served.
- Regularly check and chase sales in progress.
- Ensure that all office systems are kept correctly and up to date, including records, files, personal and office diaries, viewing records, property details, applicant information and computer systems and records.
- Assist in keeping window display and company website up to date.
Person Specification
- Prior experience as a Sales Negotiator is required.
- Strong local knowledge of Southwest London and the property market.
- Full, clean driving licence.
