This pivotal role will support the Director of Estates & Facilities in managing and enhancing compliance and governance across our diverse healthcare settings, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor teams across fire safety, health & safety, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and oversee the CAFM system, driving improvements in maintenance and compliance reporting.
- Spearhead the governance and compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance safety and compliance frameworks and reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient with CAFM systems, particularly MICAD (experience with other systems also advantageous).
- Expert knowledge of statutory and healthcare-specific compliance requirements, with foresight into potential changes and impacts.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
- Skilled in data management and producing insightful management reports.
- Experienced in managing health and safety training for in-house FM teams.
