Your role will involve managing your own specialist market, and the 360-recruitment process, from establishing your own client relationships to identifying excellent talent for your client's needs - empowering both parties the ability to succeed.
Salary: £24k basic, OTE £40k in Year 1; No experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and build client relationships.
- Manage the recruitment process and candidate follow-ups.
- Meet business goals and manage tasks independently.
- Use Seven20 software and collaborate with team members.
