Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Rochester, Kent
Salary: £43,000 – £48,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Our successful food manufacturing client in Rochester, Kent, is on the lookout for a talented Customer Success Manager to oversee and manage their key customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and nurturing of key client relationships.
- Coordinate client orders and projects for timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate project progress and address potential issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in key account management or customer service within the food manufacturing industry is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
