As the Branch Manager you will work with the leadership team to drive sales across all departments. Key to success is excellent customer experience and service, which is the life blood of this business and should be your passion too.
This opportunity can also offer you the work/life balance you've been longing for. Shifts vary between 6am and 6pm and 1 in 4 weekends are split with the management team.
This business has high standards and at times this will be challenging however you'll be working with some great people and in return you'll get first-class rewards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience as a Store / Branch Manager or Deputy manager in a high turnover retail store
- A warm, positive and passionate leader with experience in a fast paced, service orientated environment
- A confident and friendly individual who will put the customer first when making decisions and create a service driven environment
- A strong communicator who is able to lead, develop and provide clear direction
- Dynamic with ability to listen to your team and respond accordingly
- Self-motivated and passionate about service and team
- Commercially astute, able to spot opportunities, mitigate risks and a drive to push for great results
- Understands numbers and builds plans to improve/develop performance
- Proactive with a `common sense` approach to problem solving
- Can do; forward thinking attitude and a fresh personable approach
BRANCH MANAGER – KEY RESPONSIBILIIES
- Coach and develop a team of diverse individuals to deliver exceptional customer service, retail brand standards and employee engagement
- Drive sales through maximising team performance and customer experience
- Performance manage the team to provide support setting achievable goals and targets
- Manage a business that is maintained and viewed as ' best in class', maximising sales at every opportunity and maintaining extremely high standards
- Inspiring store colleagues to deliver the very best level of customer service and product knowledge – so that sales are maximized and customers are ‘wowed' every time they visit a store
- Keeping your store environment commercial and customer focussed
- Being an ambassador for the business, helping to drive their retail strategy forward
