About the Role:
Hays Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a dynamic school in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to teach French, Spanish, and German up to GCSE level. The role is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and school needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in French, Spanish, and German.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching French, Spanish, and German up to GCSE level.
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
