Job Opportunity: Warehouse Administrator

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual looking for a new role. We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our clients busy stores/warehouse department. This role offers a great opportunity to be a part of a supportive team in a highly reputable business. Our client is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail who can adhere to company procedures to ensure products are correctly processed and dispatched the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team under the supervision of the Stores Manager.
- Print despatch notes and record materials/parts into the Sage system.
- Liaise with other departments upon the arrival of materials/parts.
- Manage despatch schedules and handle sales invoicing.
- Arrange goods collection via transport portals.
- Transfer stock between warehouses and vans.
- Handle administrative tasks such as raising forms for duplicated orders/customer returns.
- Compile data and prepare reports, along with completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Assist with general admin duties and support warehouse tasks as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Ideally used to a fast paced warehouse/stores environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in IT with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and maintain punctuality.
