My client , an education provider, are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy and dynamic team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the HR inbox and respond to emails in a timely matter
- Posting job adverts
- Shortlisting CVs
- Arranging Interviews
- Liaising wit Stakeholders
- Managing staff records in terms of sick pay entitlements, absence records i.e. Holidays and sicknesses for all employees
- To develop and maintain all HR information systems
- Manage employee attendance records, including sickness absence.
- To be responsible for ensuring that all HR files and databases are efficiently set-up and maintained, observing confidentiality at all times.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Have previous experience in HR/and or recruitment role
- Be numerate, accurate and have good attention to detail
- Ability to be discrete and confidential
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Ability to reach decisions and judgments based upon a sound evidence base
- Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
- Experience of maintaining and working with HR systems
- Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently
- Ability to show initiative, multitask, problem solve and meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively and confidentially across teams and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- A flexible, hands-on approach to work and a strong team player
