Commercial Manager Location: Belfast Salary: £50,000 + Company Benefits
**Role Overview:
Develop and implement our commercial strategies to meet company objectives and business goals. You will maximise opportunities for generating revenue, profit, and sustainable growth. You will play an integral role in determining our pricing models and leveraging your market understanding to steer product/service development and direction. To be successful in this role you will need to have extensive commercial awareness coupled with excellent communication skills.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing commercial strategies that align sales, marketing, and business objectives, with a keen eye on financial targets and market trends, in conjunction with our Head of Growth.
- Working with profit targets to set pricing strategies, optimise margins, and ensure sustainable profitability.
- Building and implementing customer satisfaction programmes to enhance client retention and brand loyalty.
- Identifying new sectors within Ireland to expand our current service offering.
- Serving as a key figurehead in business events, conferences, and networking avenues to enhance the company's reputation through brand representation.
- Effectively communicating the organisation's value propositions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
