Salary: £50K - £60K + Competitive Package

About The Company:

Our client is a highly regarded recruitment organisation that works across the public and private sector. They are able to provide bespoke recruitment solutions to their clients across the construction, engineering and healthcare sectors.

Due to their continued growth, which resulted in a recent office move, and ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to bring on board an experienced recruitment professional to establish a new division. This will look to target new sectors that are currently not being targeted by the organisation.

Head of Recruitment - The Role:

It is an exciting opportunity to define and lead the strategic direction for a new permanent recruitment division for the business. This could include sectors such as Technology, Finance or IT. You will report directly into the Managing Director, and will be supported by group resource whilst you get the division up and running. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven individual with experience of managing key relationships, and have a direct impact on the future success of the business.

Head of Recruitment – Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Managing Director to define the business plan and strategic direction for the division
  • Lead the division by developing relationships with clients and placing candidates into permanent vacancies
  • Design and execute accurate and effective sales strategies, forecasts, and plans to facilitate achievement of set targets
  • Manage existing customers to reduce attrition as well as actively seeking additional revenue opportunities

Head of Recruitment – You:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role running a permanent recruitment division
  • Experience and credibility selling bespoke recruitment services
  • Previous success managing a team to achieve set targets
  • Accurate sales forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
