Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Design Engineer looking to join a well-established, market leading company where you will play an integral part in day-to-day manufacturing whilst being encouraged to progress your career.
Do you have experience in a Product Development/Design position focusing on driving new and existing products through the development process? Do you have experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment?
This market leading business design, manufacture and service their own extensive range of equipment and are the pioneers in the industry. The company are able to offer ongoing training and development as the business looks to diversify and maintain their global expert status. They are now looking for a Product Development Engineer to join the journey.
The main purpose of this position is to work within the Product Development Team where you will be pivotal in the development of new and existing products. You will take full responsibility of Mechanical Design within your job function whilst supporting the overall product development. You will need to liaise and support other sites and be wanting to play a critical role within a global business.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous Product Development role within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment. You will need to have proven experience using 3D CAD software and looking to play a pivotal role within a growing company.
The Role-
- Development of new and existing products
- Full responsibility of Mechanical Design
- Design reviews, liaising with production are also part of this role
- £42,000- £45,000 + Bonus + Progression + 25 days holiday + Excellent Benefits
The Candidate-
- Experience within a Product Development role
- Experience with Mechanical design- specifically 3D CAD
- Must be willing to commute to Littlehampton, West Sussex
