Description
- You will collaborate with your direct and wider insurance disputes team.
- Your work will predominantly involve defendant professional indemnity claims.
- Acting for various professionals including lawyers, construction, accountants, brokers, financial, and surveyors.
- Your clients will be national and you'll be advising on contentious and non-contentious matters.
Profile
The successful Defendant Professional Indemnity Solicitor should have:
- 3-8 PQE Solicitor or equivalent.
- Experience in handling professional indemnity claims at all stages.
- A strong academic background in Law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
