I am searching for a passionate and experienced Project Architect with a keen eye for detail to join a RIBA chartered practice in Brighton. The knowledgeable team provide comprehensive architectural services through all RIBA stages of residential, office, retail and healthcare projects and have an excellent reputation across the UK.
Th successful Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will be comfortable working through all RIBA stages. You will have excellent technical abilities whilst also boasting creative design flare. Revit knowledge is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:
- Significant post Part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Great architectural design abilities
- Comfortable working through all RIBA stages
- Happy managing a small team
- Brilliant project management skills
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Must live within commuting distance of Brighton
