The Advocate Group is leading the search for a Global Retail Marketing Manager to join a premium FMCG brand, based out of Dublin. This role is pivotal in driving Retail Excellence and elevating the brand's presence across various markets, creating WOW moments for customers.
The Role:
- Innovative Merchandising: You'll create and execute merchandising concepts that adhere to luxury brand standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful retail marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and introducing cutting-edge merchandising tactics.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain and enhance the brand's image while considering regional market nuances.
- Promotional Excellence: Design and implement promotional activities that drive both brand awareness and sales.
The Person:
- A seasoned professional with a background in retail marketing and visual merchandising.
- Must have experience working with FMCG or Consumer Products, would consider individuals working Agency or Brand side, or even working within Retail specifically.
- A creative strategist who can think outside the box while maintaining brand integrity.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A passion for the luxury retail space and a commitment to delivering Retail Excellence.
