Your new role
- Responsible for administering the service charge cycle for the Group's customers.
- Work within the team to monitor and calculate actual service charge costs, ensuring information to customers is accurate and clear.
- Calculate service charge estimates and ensure customers understand why costs have increased/decreased for the coming year.
- Ensuring that the charges are correct and relevant.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within a financial background - preferably as a Finance Officer/Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant
- Experience within a service charge setting
- Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUPs, SUMUPs etc.,
- Strong ability to work independently
- Quickly adaptable
- Immediately Available
What you'll get in return
- Up to £35K temporary rate equivalent (dependent on experience)
- 3-month contract with very high chance of extension
- Hybrid working - Up to 1 day in the office per week in Birmingham
