My client, an engineering company based in the Stourport-on-Severn area is looking to recruit a CNC Program/Setter on a Permanent basis
The main requirements for the role include
- Programming, Setting and Running XYZ 410/420 Lathes.
- Set Tooling, create programmes and retrieve programs stored on the machine.
- Set Tooling and be able to specify or use appropriate tooling.
- Correctly read drawing for short run manufacturing,
- Operate within a ISO9001 production
- Create drawings from sample parts if required.
- Self Inspect parts manufactured to drawing tolerances.
- Keep assigned spaces and machines clean and workable area.
The hours are Mon-Thurs 0600 -1630 with Fridays off or overtime is available
