Morgan Hunt is partnering with a prominent university located in Cheshire that is seeking an MIS Administrator. This role will involve supporting the MIS Manager in maintaining the accuracy of curriculum, timetable, and funding data, which is crucial for producing timely and valid performance reports for the college. This is a full-time, temporary position, offering a pay rate of £15.90 per hour.
The MIS Administrator will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of student record and timetable data
- Maintaining information to support HE and FE student loans
- Providing support to the MIS Manager in making timely online ILR submissions. - validate data in accordance with ESFA funding guidance using validation and monitoring software including FIS, SCORE and DSATs
- Produce standard reports to support the monitoring of standards, quality and business performance
The MIS Administrator will need to have experience in:
- Working with MIS systems in a demanding professional context.
- Working with MIS systems within an FE college
- Using a student record system
