The Role:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in the fast-paced world of SaaS recruitment. You'll play a crucial role in winning new business and sourcing exceptional talent for our SaaS clients, primarily across GTM functions such as Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and engage with SaaS companies, building long-term relationships to drive new business.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source and screen top-tier candidates using social media (especially LinkedIn) and other platforms to fill GTM roles, with a focus on Customer Success.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of SaaS recruitment trends, including compensation, talent availability, and market dynamics.
  • Networking & Outreach: Leverage social media and your network to identify potential clients and candidates, and engage with industry professionals.
  • Prospecting: Confidently engage new clients and candidates through phone and email outreach, not afraid to pick up the phone for cold calling or prospecting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in business development/ account management and a proven ability to win new business.
  • A strong network within the SaaS, Sales, and GTM landscape is a big plus.
  • Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn and other social media channels for talent sourcing.
  • Infectious energy, a positive attitude, and a desire to thrive in the scale-up space.
  • Confidence in working autonomously with a high degree of accountability.
