Day-to-day of the role:
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide insights that will help shape our HR strategies and practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and update HR databases with employee information, including attendance, leaves, and personal details, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
- Prepare detailed reports on HR metrics, like turnover rates and hiring costs.
- Assist with payroll processing by providing the finance team with accurate employee data.
- Support recruitment initiatives by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in compliance audits and help maintain records for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
