Our client are seeking a
Maintenance Supervisor
to join their team at one of their key sites in
Stratford-upon-Avon.
- Full-Time, Permanent Contract
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Rotational shifts, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
- £14.59 p/h
The Role
Working as the
Maintenance Supervisor
, you'll be supervising maintenance employees and contractors onsite, to ensure all site operations are carried out safely and effectively in accordance with company policies, procedures, and HSE regulations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the maintenance manager
- Frontline maintenance contractor safety management
- Risk assessments for maintenance jobs
- Ensuring safety and good housekeeping practices across the facilities
- Holding regular safety conversations and consultations with the teams
- Carrying out toolbox talks
- Adopting a zero harm workplace attitude and driving HSE improvements
- Supporting with weekly maintenance planning
- Carrying out maintenance works
What are we looking for?
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in maintenance environments
- Experience managing small teams OR a desire to step into a leadership role
Computer literacy with the MS Office package and a good working knowledge of HSE legislations are essential.
