Estimator Surveyor
Location: Rochdale

Our client, a leading plumbing and building company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in estimating, surveying, and project management to contribute to the success of the company.
The Role:
- Conduct site visits to assess projects and gather information for accurate cost estimations
- Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects
- Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide regular updates and reports to project teams and senior management
The Ideal Estimator Surveyor:
- Proven experience in estimating, surveying, or a related field
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and surveying
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Familiarity with building regulations and construction practises
- Relevant certification in estimating or surveying is an advantage
