We are seeking an Interim Head of FP&A to take the lead in strategic financial planning and analysis within a fast growth SME business. This is an office based role in central Oxford

Our client is a well-established company in the business services industry experiencing exceptional growth and development.
Description
Based out of our client's office in Oxford ( 4 days per week in the office) the Head of FP&A is responsible for setting up the financial planning and analysis department, process and setting the strategic direction and goals.
In addition you will:
- Provide insightful financial data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions.
- Develop frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyse complex financial data and extract key trends and insights.
- Lead and develop a team of financial professionals.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the FP&A department.
Profile
A successful Interim Head of FP&A should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fully qualified Accountant ( ACA, CIMA)
- Demonstrable experience of setting up FP&A in a demanding and fast growth environment.
- Able to commute 4 days per week to the office in central Oxford
Job Offer
- An attractive daily rate, £450 to £550 per day.
