Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Food Safety, Allergen and Health & Safety procedures.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes on the menu plan, including steak, fish, lasagne and other delightful menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard of quality and taste.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Some experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen.
- Personable team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to cook a range of dishes with an understanding of dietary influences.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work in a kitchen environment.
