Recruitment Consultant
Location: Camberley (3 days in the office and up to 2 working from home after initial training period)
Salary: 24,000 - 29,000 DOE (plus uncapped commission)

Daily Responsibilities:
- Forge new client relationships via phone and other communication methods.
- Conduct meetings with potential and current clients to pinpoint their hiring requirements.
- Strengthen bonds with existing clients to uncover additional business avenues.
- Employ diverse strategies to find candidates that align with client needs.
- Craft compelling job postings to attract top-tier talent.
- Interview candidates and prime them for client meetings.
- Mediate offer discussions to finalize successful candidate placements.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- A track record in recruitment or related fields with a focus on business growth and client relations.
- Exceptional skills in communication and deal-making.
- A knack for nurturing and preserving strong professional relationships.
