Learner Engagement Coordinator
- Reports to: Head of Learner Engagement
- Location: Birmingham
- Salary: £24k-£27k
- Type: Full-time, onsite (not hybrid/remote)
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Birmingham.
Role Purpose
- Help connect students with apprenticeship opportunities by working with employers and promoting the programs.
- Ensure apprenticeships are filled quickly and efficiently, while providing ongoing support to both students and employers.
Main Duties
- Work to increase the number of apprentices successfully matched with employers.
- Promote the apprenticeship programs to students and employers in a clear and effective way.
- Collaborate with account managers to post job openings and help recruit students for apprenticeships.
- Track students who are selected for interviews and record the results.
- Provide support to students and employers throughout the apprenticeship process.
- Maintain records and ensure timely placement of students with employers.
Requirements
- Related experience
- Level 2 Maths & English
- Excellent in customer service
- Able to pass a DBS check
- No previous convictions
