SENIOR TEST ANALYST - CONTRACT - 6 MONTHS + - BIRMINGHAM HYBRID - £400-600 PER DAY
A really interesting client of ours are currently searching for Test Support resource to join them on an initial 6 month contract, working in a hybrid pattern in Birmingham City Centre.
The key elements of the role, that somebody must have experience in are as follows:
- Testing experience with SalesForce, Netsuite and ServiceNow
- Experience working on a Finance Transformation Programme
- SIT and Regression Testing

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Support Specialist to join our Finance Transformation Program team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow within our finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with these platforms and have a proven track record in supporting finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Testing Strategy and Planning:
o Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scripts for the finance transformation program. o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define testing scope.
o Ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and milestones.
• Execution and Monitoring:
o Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow.
o Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in a structured manner.
o Coordinate with development and implementation teams to resolve identified issues.
• Tool and Process Management:
o Utilize testing tools and frameworks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
o Ensure proper documentation of test results, including test scripts, cases, and defect logs.
o Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a test support role, with a focus on finance transformation programs.
o Proven experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow in a testing capacity.
o Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.
o Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
