As they continue their ambitious expansion, Delifresh is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the deli prep operations and drive growth at their Cramlington site.
As the Head of Deli Prep Operations, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee Operations: Manage all commercial and operational activities to meet business demands and Delifresh standards.
- Financial Management: Control the profit and loss account and monitor all cost elements.
- KPI Development: Create and track key performance indicators.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure top-quality products are produced and delivered on time.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead your team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Standards Compliance: Maintain BRC operational standards and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all business areas to drive success.
The business requires a blend of commercial and operational experience within a regulated manufacturing / production environment. You should have strong financial management, excellent communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of production operations, distribution, health and safety, and food safety is necessary.
