Henderson Brown is partnered with a recognised and global brand in the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team.
The HR Advisor will report into the HR Business Partner and support them in key areas including employee relations cases, data analysis and project work plus support the wider group with HR-related activities when needed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Take responsibility for the management of all core ER cases across business areas
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and managers
- Liaise with the HR Business Partner to ensure appropriate support is provided on complex ER issues
- Coach and influence managers developing their people management and leadership skills
- Support with creation and roll out of engagement activities
- Delivery of HR module training to internal management team
- Work closely with wider People Team
- Provide advice and guidance to staff and managers and work with them to ensure they follow processes and procedures
- Carry out Data Analysis
Skills and Experience required for the role:
- Current and relevant HR experience
- Experience in a fast-paced setting e.g. Manufacturing, warehousing, distribution or logistics etc
- HR qualification e.g. CIPD Level 3 or above
- Experience advising managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
- Strong technical skills and a good working knowledge of current employment legislation
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to analyse data and summarise key findings
- Capable of working using your own initiative
- Flexible and adaptable
- Due to location, candidates are required to have a UK Driving License and access to their own transport (no suitable public transport links available)
