Role: Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Accountants (Contractor Position)

Location: London

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth among existing customers, using insights to meet business objectives.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing plans targeting both large firms and small practices/bookkeepers.
  • Lead marketing campaigns that highlight the product's value, including educational initiatives, product launches, promotions, and advocacy activities.
  • Oversee the Proadvisor Programme initiatives.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of marketing assets from concept to execution, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Draft and oversee lifecycle communications, track performance, and apply insights to refine future strategies.
  • Organise and manage webinars, including recruitment, lead management, and tracking key metrics such as attendance and feedback.
  • Conduct customer interviews and competitor analysis, sharing insights across teams.
  • Work with various marketing functions (e.g., events, PR, product marketing) to ensure a compelling communications calendar.
  • Collaborate with social and sales teams to create customer case studies.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and account-based marketing in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency across multiple marketing channels and formats, including email, webinars, video, case studies, social media, and events.
  • Strong content creation skills and experience managing marketing communications.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
  • Experience managing webinars using platforms like GoToWebinar.
  • Effective in cross-functional collaboration.
