We are currently partnering with a leading global insurer who are looking for an accomplished underwriter or senior underwriter to join their Surety team. This is a role where you will be driving and originating new business, developing relationships and transaction opportunities with brokers and being responsible for the performance of assigned clients and transactions. You will have responsibility for building and maintaining a profitable book of Surety business throughout UK&I targeting FTSE 250 companies generating revenues exceeding £250 million.
We are looking to speak with candidates with experience across the credit, surety or FI space. Ideally this will be someone working within the wider financial services industry coming from financial institutions such as Banks, Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Rating Agencies or Structured Finance. This role will offer a client facing / front office element with clear progression to becoming a senior underwriter within a market leading team.
