Senior Change Manager – The Role:

We are seeking experienced Change Manager(s) to oversee change efforts focused on transforming payments systems, operations and/or processes. The Change Manager will create comprehensive strategies to drive adoption of vital changes to our core payments infrastructure and platforms that impact day-to-day payments operations.

Senior Change Manager – Key Duties:

The Change Manager(s) will play a key role in ensuring successful transformation of mission-critical processes, systems and technologies:

  • Assess impacts of people, process and technology changes across all business areas
  • Develop operational and/or systems change plans for new payments platforms and capabilities
  • Partner with all business areas to manage inter-dependencies and co-ordinate delivery of change initiatives
  • Create communications and conduct trainings where necessary to educate all areas of the business on changes
  • Provide assistance during implementation of new process, address risks and issues
  • Report on status of change management initiatives to senior management and impacted stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and subject matter experts to ensure inter-dependencies are managed

Senior Change Manager – You:

  • Experience managing operational and/or technology or related systems-focused change in fintech or payments industries desired
  • Expert knowledge of payments best practices, systems and platforms
  • Experience driving large-scale change initiatives and transformations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Deep comprehension of overseeing change/project management methodologies
  • Reasoning skills to diagnose adoption issues
  • Be data driven, focusing on productivity and efficiencies
  • Change management certifications is desirable
