The Role:
As a Senior Surveyor, you will:
- Provide leadership and technical knowledge on surveying and building maintenance
- Deliver a range of surveying services including inspections, diagnostics, and contract management
- Review property-related customer complaints
- Work with sub-contractors, and customers on improvement works - Project managing and providing status updates
- Support with building safety programmes
The Candidate:
The ideal Senior Surveyor will:
- Possess a strong understanding of maintenance services within the social housing sector
- Be knowledgeable about current building legislation and sector issues
- Demonstrate experience in stock condition surveys and data management
The Package:
The Senior Surveyor role includes:
- Annual salary of £46,800 plus car allowance
- 34 days annual leave, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days
