They have an experienced and dedicated real estate team, offering expertise in various sectors, including energy, retail, transport, and more. With their strong industry presence, they work with property developers, investors, public and third-sector organisations, and have a track record of success. As their team continues to expand, they are seeking a Senior Associate-level Real Estate Solicitor to join their Leeds office.

Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role within the Real Estate team, utilising your technical knowledge and client-facing skills.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their development.
- Contribute to business development activities, driving success for the organisation.
- Manage complex commercial property matters, including Asset Management, Leases, Development, and Investment.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients, demonstrating commercial awareness of their sector and the market.
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
- Recent Supervisory experience.
- Proven expertise in managing complex commercial property matters, including Asset Management, Leases, Development, and Investment.
- Strong business development skills and a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Collaborative and flexible working style, with a passion for developing junior team members.
Desirable:
- Experience within a forward-thinking and commercial legal environment.
- Knowledge of the local property market in Leeds and surrounding areas.
IT Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
